Return Policy

For UNICEF Kid Power Bands purchased through our store we offer a 30 day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Purchases made at Target.com and Target retail stores are subject to Target’s return policy.


What the Warranty Covers

The UNICEF Kid Power Band One Year Limited Warranty warrants to the original purchaser that your Kid Power Band shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year. The UNICEF Kid Power is available only in the United States.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not cover: 1) products purchased from an unauthorized reseller; 2) products purchased through online auctions; 3) products that are operated in combination with software, peripheral or ancillary equipment such as but not limited to batteries, chargers, adapters, connector cables, TPU bands and power supplies (“Ancillary Equipment”) not furnished or otherwise certified by UNICEF Kid Power for use with the Kid Power Band or any damage to the product or ancillary equipment as a result of such use; 4) loss and/or damage caused by (a) accident, water, fire, misuse, neglect, unusual physical or electrical stress, or modification; (b) improper or unauthorized installation, wiring, repair, testing or (c) use of the product outside UNICEF Kid Power published guidelines; 5) instances in which someone other than UNICEF Kid Power (or its authorized service centers) tests, alters, modifies or services the product in any way.

Coverage Period

The coverage period is one year from the date that the Kid Power Band is linked to a Kid Power Account.

What We (the company) Will Do

UNICEF Kid Power may, at our discretion, repair or replace any portion, up to and including the entirety of, the UNICEF Kid Power Band and/or its Ancillary Equipment.

What We (the company) Will Not Do

Pay shipping, insurance or transportation charges from you to us, or any import fees, duties and taxes.

How You (the customer) Can Get Service

To obtain warranty service, a return authorization must be requested from our customer service team. To request a return authorization, please contact customer service here. If requested the return authorization number must be included along with your returned product. You must deliver the Product, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to the address specified by UNICEF Kid Power. As may be required by applicable law, UNICEF Kid Power may require you to furnish proof of purchase details and/or comply with other requirements before receiving warranty service. It is your responsibility to backup any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on the Product. It is likely that such data, software, or other materials will be lost or reformatted during warranty service, and UNICEF Kid Power will not be responsible for any such loss.
